*This item cannot be purchased individually.
This product is only applicable to those who purchase welcome boards, welcome board mat mounts, baby birth boards, and baby birth board mat mounts.

We will color adjust/crop the photo to match the photo frame on the matte mount and deliver the highest quality photo. (matte finish)
It will be delivered attached to a matte paper.

After purchasing the product, please send it to support@papertree.jp with the photo you would like to have developed attached.
To maintain the quality of your photos, please prepare your photo data in the following recommended sizes (~ or larger).

We charge 800 yen for each delivery (Hokkaido/Kyushu 1,200 yen, Chugoku/Shikoku 1,000 yen, Okinawa 1,500 yen).
*Shipping fee is free if the total amount of ordered items is 8,800 yen or more. (Except International Shipping)

Return deadline/conditions

We will accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery of the product.
Please note that after this time, we will no longer be able to accept requests for returns or exchanges.

We also accept returns depending on the customer's convenience. (Only in the following cases)
- Excludes unopened/unused products, personal orders/sale products - Please contact us by email within 5 days after receiving the product.

Return shipping fee

Please note that in the case of a return due to the customer's convenience, the transfer fee and shipping fee will be borne by the customer.

We will pay for replacement of defective products and replacement of incorrectly delivered products.
