Returns/Exchanges
This is ARTISAIRE's glue gun sealing wax, known for its durability and vibrant colors. We recommend using glue guns made by the same manufacturer, but any 11mm diameter glue gun can be used.
When using, pour the wax into the back of the glue gun.
If the wax becomes too short, you will not be able to pull the trigger, so always keep at least two pieces of wax on hand.
*If you want to change the color of the wax midway through, we recommend inserting a commercially available transparent glue stick (11mm diameter) and filling it with a different color.
* Please note that if you add different colors in succession, the wax will look marbled until the wax of the first color remaining in the glue gun runs out.

We charge 800 yen for each delivery (Hokkaido/Kyushu 1,200 yen, Chugoku/Shikoku 1,000 yen, Okinawa 1,500 yen).
*Shipping fee is free if the total amount of ordered items is 8,800 yen or more. (Except International Shipping)
Return deadline/conditions
We will accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery of the product.
Please note that after this time, we will no longer be able to accept requests for returns or exchanges.
We also accept returns depending on the customer's convenience. (Only in the following cases)
- Excludes unopened/unused products, personal orders/sale products - Please contact us by email within 5 days after receiving the product.
Return shipping fee
Please note that in the case of a return due to the customer's convenience, the transfer fee and shipping fee will be borne by the customer.
We will pay for replacement of defective products and replacement of incorrectly delivered products.
