This is a collaboration kit between Paper Tree and calligrapher Maki Shimano.
This starter kit includes calligraphy items recommended by Paper Tree, so that even those who are holding a pen for the first time can enjoy it.
Recommended for practice, Higgins ink has a smooth writing feel and can be used as is without diluting.
It comes with three popular nibs, so you can compare them and try out the writing feel that suits you best. Please store it in the included nib case.
The book provides detailed explanations on how to use and hold the pen. Please use the guide sheet for practice, and the Maruman Report Pad is recommended for practicing copying from the sample.
*You can choose whether or not to include the book ("Modern Calligraphy - Handwriting techniques to express your own style").

We charge 800 yen for each delivery (Hokkaido/Kyushu 1,200 yen, Chugoku/Shikoku 1,000 yen, Okinawa 1,500 yen).
*Shipping fee is free if the total amount of ordered items is 8,800 yen or more. (Except International Shipping)
Return deadline/conditions
We will accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery of the product.
Please note that after this time, we will no longer be able to accept requests for returns or exchanges.
We also accept returns depending on the customer's convenience. (Only in the following cases)
- Excludes unopened/unused products, personal orders/sale products - Please contact us by email within 5 days after receiving the product.
Return shipping fee
Please note that in the case of a return due to the customer's convenience, the transfer fee and shipping fee will be borne by the customer.
We will pay for replacement of defective products and replacement of incorrectly delivered products.
