As the name suggests, a milli-pen is a pen that can draw line widths in millimeters, and is a type of felt-tip pen that is mainly used for comics, illustrations, drafting, etc.
In addition to millipens, they are also called drawing pens, illustration pens, graphic pens, drafting pens, etc.

It uses pigment ink and is water resistant.
It is light resistant and will not fade even when exposed to direct sunlight. Even if you draw the line marker from above, it will not bleed.
