Returns/Exchanges

The Printing Processing Association was formed in 2012 by six companies that are experts in paper processing.

The paper stationery is simple and easy to use, carefully crafted by craftsmen.
Envelopes perfect for seniors or gifts. The technique of stamping thin lines with foil into the edges of the paper is also accomplished by craftsmen.
It's easy to use and doesn't look too fancy as a gift or a gold seal.

・Size: 185×90mm
・Number of sheets: 3 sheets

We charge 800 yen for each delivery (Hokkaido/Kyushu 1,200 yen, Chugoku/Shikoku 1,000 yen, Okinawa 1,500 yen).
*Shipping fee is free if the total amount of ordered items is 8,800 yen or more. (Except International Shipping)

Return deadline/conditions

We will accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery of the product.
Please note that after this time, we will no longer be able to accept requests for returns or exchanges.

We also accept returns depending on the customer's convenience. (Only in the following cases)
- Excludes unopened/unused products, personal orders/sale products - Please contact us by email within 5 days after receiving the product.

Return shipping fee

Please note that in the case of a return due to the customer's convenience, the transfer fee and shipping fee will be borne by the customer.

We will pay for replacement of defective products and replacement of incorrectly delivered products.
