Returns/Exchanges

A product made by the German ink manufacturer ROHRER & KLINGNER that is environmentally friendly and has strong cleaning power.A cleaner specifically designed for metal dip pens (nibs).
Cannot be used with fountain pen type nibs.

[How to use]
・Remove the nib, fill it with cleaner liquid in a sealed container, stir and clean.
- After cleaning, remove the pen tip with tweezers, etc.
- The cleaner liquid can be used repeatedly, and if the cleaning power decreases, please replace the cleaner liquid in the sealed container.

*When handling, if it gets on your hands, etc., please wash it thoroughly with running water.
*Do not let it touch anything other than the metal pen tip.
*If you are sensitive to chemicals, please be careful not to get them on your body.

We charge 800 yen for each delivery (Hokkaido/Kyushu 1,200 yen, Chugoku/Shikoku 1,000 yen, Okinawa 1,500 yen).

Return deadline/conditions

We will accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery of the product.
Please note that after this time, we will no longer be able to accept requests for returns or exchanges.

We also accept returns depending on the customer's convenience. (Only in the following cases)
- Excludes unopened/unused products, personal orders/sale products - Please contact us by email within 5 days after receiving the product.

Return shipping fee

Please note that in the case of a return due to the customer's convenience, the transfer fee and shipping fee will be borne by the customer.

We will pay for replacement of defective products and replacement of incorrectly delivered products.
