Returns/Exchanges

A glass container exclusively for ink made from air-blown soda glass by TAG STATIONERY, a stationery and miscellaneous goods manufacturer born in Kyoto.
The amount of ink that goes in at one time is approximately 2ml. You can transfer only the amount you need for daily writing.

How to use: Take the ink with the included dropper and transfer it to the pot.
Make sure the amount of ink is less than 2/3 of the pot so that it does not overflow when the lid is closed.
Insert the pen gently so that the tip does not touch the glass.

Regarding individual differences: Because each item is completely handmade, there may be slight individual differences. note that.

We charge 800 yen for each delivery (Hokkaido/Kyushu 1,200 yen, Chugoku/Shikoku 1,000 yen, Okinawa 1,500 yen).
*Shipping fee is free if the total amount of ordered items is 8,800 yen or more. (Except International Shipping)

Return deadline/conditions

We will accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery of the product.
Please note that after this time, we will no longer be able to accept requests for returns or exchanges.

We also accept returns depending on the customer's convenience. (Only in the following cases)
- Excludes unopened/unused products, personal orders/sale products - Please contact us by email within 5 days after receiving the product.

Return shipping fee

Please note that in the case of a return due to the customer's convenience, the transfer fee and shipping fee will be borne by the customer.

We will pay for replacement of defective products and replacement of incorrectly delivered products.
