Returns/Exchanges
These are handmade Japanese paper envelopes made by Nagata Paper Mill, a producer of Echizen Washi paper in Fukui Prefecture.
The envelopes are made from handmade sliding door paper and are thick enough that you can even put a few coins inside.
・Contents: 3 sheets ・Size: 64mm x 112mm
・Country of origin: Japan (Echizen City, Fukui Prefecture)
We charge 800 yen for each delivery (Hokkaido/Kyushu 1,200 yen, Chugoku/Shikoku 1,000 yen, Okinawa 1,500 yen).
*Shipping fee is free if the total amount of ordered items is 8,800 yen or more. (Except International Shipping)
Return deadline/conditions
We will accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery of the product.
Please note that after this time, we will no longer be able to accept requests for returns or exchanges.
We also accept returns depending on the customer's convenience. (Only in the following cases)
- Excludes unopened/unused products, personal orders/sale products - Please contact us by email within 5 days after receiving the product.
Return shipping fee
Please note that in the case of a return due to the customer's convenience, the transfer fee and shipping fee will be borne by the customer.
We will pay for replacement of defective products and replacement of incorrectly delivered products.

We make every effort to ensure the quality of our products, but in the unlikely event that the product is damaged or soiled, or if it is different from the product you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will issue a refund or exchange as soon as possible. If you wish to return an item, please be sure to contact us via email in advance.
