[DAIKANYAMA drawing] Shiho Sakurai - Glass pen flower illustration lesson 4/16

To celebrate the publication of Shiho Sakurai's new book "How to Enjoy Glass Pens" in April, this workshop will include pine cones and an original Shiho Sakurai glass pen.
Enjoy creating floral illustrations using beautiful glass pens that are inspired by the organic curves of plants.
At the end of the lesson, you will complete the card.
We will start with tracing, so even if you are new to illustration or have never used a glass pen, please feel free to join us.

Shiho Sakurai Profile

Illustrator and designer. Born in Tokyo. After graduating from the Department of Sculpture at the Faculty of Fine Arts, Tokyo University of the Arts, she worked as an art teacher at a private junior and senior high school and in product planning for baby products before going independent. She is involved in a wide range of activities, including providing work to various parties, textile design, teaching, and supervision of teaching materials. Her books include "Botanical Illustrations and Hand Lettering Lessons: Learn from Coloring Books: Watercolor Illustrations of Flowers" (Hobby Japan) and more.
