This is a course where you can learn the basics of modern calligraphy through monthly online lessons and corrections with Risa Kadono, a calligrapher certified by the Japan Modern Calligraphy Association, for six months. You will review the contents of each lesson, and any corrections you submit will be returned to you with advice.
This is a course certified by the Japan Modern Calligraphy Association. In the lesson, you will learn based on Maki Shimano's Shirahana characters.
Those who complete this Basic course will have the opportunity to advance to the Advanced course, scheduled to begin in July 2025.
Those who complete the Advanced course will be certified as "Junior Scritier" by the Japan Modern Calligraphy Association.

From her childhood until college, she attended calligraphy classes and became familiar with handwriting, and discovered calligraphy when she went to her own wedding.
While working as a calligraphy instructor, he also creates his own works, which have been selected for art contests and have held solo exhibitions.
She is active in a wide range of fields, including calligraphy for in-store PR for major domestic and international companies and luxury brands, and calligraphy for place cards.
